Commissions and Fees
Transaction fees on PiSwap range from 1% to 10%, with a maximum cap of 10%. Fixed network fees are applied to the counterpart's transactions in the exchanges. These fees may change depending on network congestion.
Transaction Processing Time
The estimated processing time for transactions is between 30 minutes and 2 hours. However, in some cases, processing times may extend by 1 or 2 additional hours, depending on the platform's workload. If you experience significant delays, we recommend contacting our support team through the available contact channels.
Address Verification
It is imperative that users carefully verify the provided sending and deposit addresses. The platform is not responsible for any loss of cryptocurrencies or funds due to incorrect addresses. We recommend verifying the addresses at least two or three times before completing any transaction.
Prohibition of Fraudulent Use
PiSwap does not tolerate any fraudulent use of the platform. Any attempt of fraud, scam, hacking, or defrauding will be reported to the competent authorities, and the user will be expelled from the platform, losing privileges and having their account deleted.
